Future Opening: Janitor cleaning with experience needed Monday to Sunday
Part Time • LOWE'S OF BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA
We are seeking independent janitorial contractors and commercial cleaning businesses to service
- 7 days a week
- 2 hours per day (4am to 6am, or 5am to 7am or 7am - 9am)
- Restrooms and floor machine
- You must use the Service Channel Provider app and have the checklist completed by the Store Manager or MOD for each service.
- $1500 per month
- clock in and clock out, photos of cleaning need to be done via an app, so you must be comfortable and download the app from play store
you must be comfortable to daily clock in and clock out upload cleaning photos, get Manager signature, all to be done through the client app, named Serviced channel which you download from Play store.
Mornings, Daily
1) Restrooms- Mirrors, Toilets, Sinks, Floors, Consumables and Trash, Restrooms- Men's 1st then Women's
2) Dust mop sales floor prior to running floor scrubber paying special attention to concrete and lumber aisle.
To meet Rotation Map -2 hours daily. Sales Floor-Front and Racetrack, Rotation Cleaning of Aisles
A. Ensure dust mop heads and mop heads are in good condition and replace as required.
3) Sales Floor Scrubbing: Store main aisles (racetrack) will be completed daily. The interior aisles will be cleaned on a rotational basis throughout the week with approximately 1/4 of the aisles completed each day. The entire store will be completed each week.
Restrooms: Refresh all stalls, touch up floors as needed, replenish all toiletries, soap, and paper products (products supplied by Lowe’s)
Sweep/Mop each hallway, Restroom Refresh, Clean and disinfect Sink, tabletops, trash cans, clean out refrigerator, sweep and mop the floors, and
replace supplies. (7 days/week), Empty and replace liners in all trash cans (exterior, break room, training room, offices, and departments, Inspect and clean entrance mats
Weekly
Clean Exterior Windows 8ft or less/Glass Doors,
Clean Automatic door tracks,, Remove gum/residue from sales floor
DAILY-DAILY
Sweep/Mop hallways
refresh the toiletries and refresh the restrooms in the afternoon (7 days/week)
Clean and disinfect Sink, tabletops, trash cans, clean out refrigerator, sweep and mop the floors, and replace supplies. (7 days/week)
Empty and replace liners in all trash cans (exterior, break room, training, room, offices, and departments)
Clean and replace all ash trays
Inspect and clean entrance mats if applicable
Clean all windows including greenhouse 8ft or less
Clean water fountains
MONTHLY-MONTHLY
Pressure Wash the apron of the store, Clean greenhouse/seasonal windows
